How do you connect to my heat pumps?
We connect devices either via the manufacturer’s cloud API, or directly via our own hardware gateway. Our gateway is currently compatible with all Modbus-based heat pumps and we are working to extend its connectivity. The cloud route requires no hardware and no site visit, while the hardware route enables full and manufacturer-independent control. We will decide together which route works best for your use case.
What brands can you connect?
We currently have live connections with Nibe, Quatt, Weheat, Daikin, and Panasonic devices. Our gateway typically also allows easy setup with any other Modbus-based heat pump. This includes Remeha, Itho Daalderop, Mitsubishi Electric, Nefit Bosch, Toshiba, Stiebel Eltron, LG, Triple Solar, ACOND, Domusa Teknik. Your brand not mentioned? What will residents notice?
Almost nothing. If we connect via the hardware gateway, one site visit is needed to install it. After that, residents only notice a more comfortable home and a lower energy bill. Even with smart control activated, comfort always comes first. Want to keep residents informed? We offer personalised reports on their heat pump’s performance.
How do you know a heat pump needs servicing?
We combine fault code monitoring with expert-validated rule-based alerts and automated anomaly detection. For automated detection we compare the heat pump’s operation both to its own history and to other heat pumps. This way we know when a heat pump changes its behaviour, or when it deviates from healthy devices in similar circumstances.
How do you determine the optimal settings?
We build a thermodynamic model of every home. This way we know the heat loss under all circumstances, and what temperature the supply needs to be to offset it. Combined with weather and price forecasts this thermodynamic model also powers our smart control feature.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and is stored within the EU. We never share your data with unauthorized third parties. Our AI features run on open weight models with zero data retention. We are GDPR-compliant and sign a data-processing agreement with every customer.
